At Phase Connect Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged or incorrect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags still attached.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in the original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
